Current group sessions are held every Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm.   A new group will start soon on Thursday nights.  Groups are limited to 10 participants.  You pay for your place in group and you are charged whether you attend or not.  This allows me to keep the fee at a minimum.....just $10 per session.   Some Focusing training is a prerequisite.
